SMS GPS App for iPhone

SMS GPS allows you to send your location to anyone via SMS, Email or even as a Status update on Facebook. You can even copy your location and paste it into any other application.

With the release of version 1.2.0 for iOS 4.0, you will be able to send SMS messages with your location from within the app. The receiver of the SMS message will be able to select your location and on compatible devices it will load the Google Maps application displaying your location.

You can send your location via email, and the recipient can click on the link in your email and load up Google Maps in any compatible web browser (or the Google Maps application on the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch).

You can update your Facebook status using Facebook connect.

You can also Copy the your location and Paste it into any other application.

This application uses the same map functionality as Google Maps. For a more precise location, make sure you are outside and allow about 10 seconds for your iPhone to pinpoint your location, then send your location to anyone using the SMS GPS menu options.
